Q. What are the lead times on boxes ?
A. The
normal lead time for boxes listed are 7 to 10 working days.
Q. What are the lead times on custom
made boxes ?
A. Custom made boxes depend
on the style and if they require a die forme and or if they
require printing. We can supply 2 colour printed boxes. Please note, we only
supply standard corrugated cardboard boxes in brown or white.
Q. How much is delivery?

Delivery is free within UK Mainland.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. Delivery is normally between 8:30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Next Day,
Timed delivery (before 10AM or 12 noon) and Saturday Delivery are available
at an extra charge. Price depends on items ordered, so please ask for a
quote.
Q. Do you accept returns or
cancellations ?

Sorry, We cannot accept returns or cancellations. All items are made to
order and made for your specific
requirements. This includes the boxes listed on the web site
and custom boxes.
Q. Is there a charge for returning
stock items?
A. Sorry, we do not accept
returns on packaging products.
Q. What methods of payment do you
accept?
A. We
accept most major credit cards including American Express. We also accept
cheques. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will take about 7 extra
working days to clear and process.
